Strawberry Cream 

Strawberry liqueur. 

Colour/taste:  light red. The nose exudes strawberry scents  the fields. The fresh strawberry dominates in the mouth, with a nice smoothness. 

Food pairing: on ice as a digestif, with  desserts or in kir.

Strawberry and raspberry cream   

liquor  strawberries and raspberries. 

Colour/taste:  pink red. The nose exudes strawberry scents  the fields. Fresh strawberries dominate on the palate, with a raspberry finish. Everything has a nice creaminess. 

Food pairing: on ice as a digestif, with  desserts or in kir. 

Suggested serving temperature:  4C

Cream of strawberries and camerises

Strawberry and haskap liqueur. 

Colour/taste:  red with purple tints.  The nose exudes aromas of candied fruit. Haskap goes wonderfully with strawberry to give the illusion of drinking a set of fruits, all with a nice smoothness. 

Food pairing: on ice as a digestif, with  desserts or in kir.

The Courtesan

Fruity aperitif wine. 

Colour/taste:  light orange-red, with amber reflections. The nose exhales delicate aromas of strawberries. The palate follows, mellow, where the finish carries precise aromas of strawberries. The set has a good length. 

Deal :  as an aperitif, dessert wines (apple pie, among others) or as a terrace wine.

The Wench
Fortified wine (strawberries and raspberries). 

Colour/taste:  Red, with pink reflections. The nose with aromas of strawberries and raspberries is pronounced. The palate brings back a taste of strawberry jam with a raspberry finish. 

Deal :  as a dessert wine or with cheeses.

Strawberry mistelle
Port-like liqueur. 

Colour/taste:  red-orange, with a nose of strawberry jam and vanilla. A hint of spice adds to the aromatic complexity. The mouth brings back these flavors of strawberries in jam, where the sugar and a touch of bitterness play on a beautiful complexity. The whole is very well balanced and tasty. 

Deal :  for itself as a digestive, for cooking, with cheeses, dark chocolate or desserts. 

Suggested serving temperature:  4 C or on ice.
